What happens when you stop seeing obstacles as problems and start treating them as strategic advantages?
That’s the work I do.
My work has led to:
FORMAT: 45-60 min keynote (Also available in 90 mins masterclass, half a day workshop, or 360° integration) for both in-person and virtual.

Before any slides or stories take shape, I spend time understanding your world. I speak with key stakeholders to uncover what your leaders are navigating right now, what matters most, and what success should look like after the session ends.
Based on those conversations, I design the keynote around your audience, your industry, and the leadership moment you’re in. Every insight, story, and framework is chosen to serve your specific goals nothing is generic.
On stage, I create an experience that is engaging, reflective, and practical. I invite leaders to think differently, participate meaningfully, and leave with clarity they can use immediately. I also stay available on the day for deeper engagement conversations, Q&A, or leadership interactions that add real value.
Impact shouldn’t end when the applause does. I share follow-up resources to help leaders revisit and reinforce what they learned. If useful, sessions can be recorded so the insights continue to support your people well after the event.

Had an opportunity to be coached by Srijata. The depth of knowledge and preparation done by her was commendable. Her eye for detail was a huge plus. The willingness to go the extra mile to help those under her tutelage was exemplary. Srijata is an authority on her subject matter. Recommending a diligent, value for money giver person.
Leadership Trainer
I have seen Srijata in action as an able PSA lead, and as a feisty international speaker. In both roles, I marvel at the way she is able to help people discover a new way of looking at things. It comes as no surprise therefore, that she has positively influenced so many people by teaching them how to rise from setbacks - helping them take control over their perspectives. Srijata is a go-giver by nature and I feel privileged to get to know her more and more as she continues to blaze the trail.
